No. 10 UConn, BC Set to Meet for Two-Game Series

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College women's hockey team is set to return to action this weekend with a home-and-home series against No. 10 UConn.

BC and UConn are scheduled for a 6 p.m. puck drop on Friday, Jan. 14 at the Freitas Ice Forum before a 2 p.m. tilt on Saturday, Jan. 15 at Kelley Rink.

All Hockey East games this season will be made available across the U.S. and internationally on SportsLive, while all games televised on NESN and NESN+ and other select matchups will also be made available on CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports app outside of New England.

• Abby Newhook (8-7-15) and Hannah Bilka (7-8-15) are tied for the team lead in points with 15 each while Kelly Browne (6-7-13) and Gaby Roy (5-6-11) have both hit double digits.
• Overall, 19 players on the roster have registered at least one point, including goaltender Abigail Levy with an assist.
• Levy is 10-8-0 in goal with a .939 save percentage and 2.40 goals against average ... she has made at least 30 saves in 16 out of 18 contests.

• The No. 10 Huskies are coming off of a weekend split at Vermont and enter Friday's contest at 15-5-2 overall with a mark of 9-4-2 in Hockey East.
• Morgan Wabick leads the team in scoring with 18 points on seven goals and 11 assists ... Viki Harkness leads the team in goals (8) while Taylor Wabick leads the team in assists (14).
• In goal, Samantha Carpentier-Yelle has gone 8-3-1 with a 1.93 goals against average and .911 save percentage while Megan Warrener is 7-2-1 with a 1.35 goals against average and .934 save percentage ... Carpentier-Yelle has two shutouts while Warrener has three.
