Eagles Travel to Yale for Tuesday Night Match

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College (3-2-1, 0-1-1 ACC) travels to New Haven, Connecticut on Tuesday night (Sept. 21) for a non-conference match against Yale at Reese Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. on ESPN+ with a free international stream also available.
SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS
• Yale enters the matchup at 2-2-0 through four matches with wins over Fairfield and UMass Lowell
• The Bulldogs fell on the road to UConn 4-0 last Tuesday in Storrs
• Brazilian junior Paolo Carroll leads the team with seven points on three goals and one assist
• Sophomore Eric Lagos has also scored three goals on the season
• Yale is led by 2019 Ivy League and New England Soccer Journal Coach of the Year Kylie Stannard
• Stannard's club didn't compete in 2020 due to COVID-19 but was picked as the Ivy League's preseason favorite
• In 2019, the Bulldogs captured their first outright Ivy League title since 1991 and matched the school record with 13 victories

• The Eagles are 8-5-2 all-time against the Bulldogs heading into the 16th meeting
