Bibilani Liu Qualifies for U.S. Women's Amateur Championship

The U.S. Women's Amateur Championship will be held Aug. 2-8 at the Westchester C.C. in Rye, N.Y.
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — Bibilani Liu qualified to play in the 2021 United States Women's Amateur Championship.
Liu finished tied for fifth in the USGA's qualifying round, held at the Peninsula Golf & Country Club (par 72/6,200 yards) in San Mateo, Calif. The top eight scores advance to the U.S. Women's Amateur Championship from Aug. 2-8, held at Westchester C.C. in Rye, N.Y.
Liu - who earned her degree from Boston College last month and will return for a fifth season of eligibility in 2021-22 - carded a 1-under score of 71, registering four birdies and 11 pars on the afternoon.
