No. 10 Eagles Shut Out Providence

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The No. 10 Boston College field hockey team closed out its non-conference schedule with a 2-0 shutout against Providence on Wednesday, April 14.
Jonna Kennedy spent all 60 minutes in goal, making two saves on the day.
The Eagles out-shot the Friars, 20-3, and had nine penalty corners.
Sky Caron scored both of BC's goals. The first was assisted by Jaime Natale and the second on a penalty stroke.
19 of BC's 20 shots were on goal.
What's Next
BC is back in action on Saturday, April 17 against Duke in Newton, Mass. at the BC Field Hockey Complex. The Eagles will honor its seniors pregame and the game will be shown on ACC Network Extra.
