CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College women's basketball team has a quick turnaround with a 2 p.m. home matchup on New Year's Day against New Hampshire in Conte Forum.Â

About the Eagles
Boston College suffered a 79-49 setback to No. 2/3 Louisville on Thursday evening inside the KFC Yum! Center. It was a tight-knit affair in the first quarter before the hosts shot over 50 percent over the last three quarters of the contest to pull away. Taylor Soule led the team with 12 points, grabbed five rebounds, and dished out a pair of assists. Three players scored eight points, while Maria Gakdeng tied a personal high with nine rebounds.Â
