BC will compete in five rounds on Sunday, Dec 5.
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College fencing team will head to Waltham, Mass. this Sunday, Dec. 5 for the Brandeis Invitational. The Eagles will be facing University of the Incarnate Word, Yale, Wellesley, Saint John's, and Brown.
The Eagles last competed at the first round of the Northeast Fencing Conference on Nov. 20, where both the men and the women went undefeated, picking up 12 wins in total.
The men won all five of their matchups. Each squad had a 9-0 victory over UNH, and the sabre and foil squad picked up 9-0 wins over BU.Â
The women defeated each of their seven opponents. The team as a whole picked up seven 9-0 victories on the day.
