No. 9 Eagles Travel to Vermont for Two-Game Series

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – No. 9/13 Boston College travels north to Gutterson Fieldhouse this weekend for a two-game Hockey East series against Vermont on Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. Live video is available for free on SportsLive, and the series will air on WEEI 850 AM and BCEagles.com.
The Eagles are coming off a 5-1 victory over No. 8 Denver last Saturday on the Heights to move back above .500 for the season at 3-2-1 (1-0-0 HEA). Vermont enters its Hockey East opener at 0-4-0 following four straight losses in Burlington.
SERIES HISTORY
• The two schools are meeting for the 74th and 75th times in the all-time series
• BC holds a 50-16-7 overall advantage, collecting its 50th win in the series on Jan. 4, 2020
• Boston College is riding a nine-game winning streak and a 12-game unbeaten streak (10-0-2) against Vermont; its last loss came on March 12, 2016 in Game 2 of the Hockey East Quarterfinals
