Eagles Travel to Notre Dame for ACC Championship

The men's 8K race begins at 11 am and it will air live on ACC Network
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College men's cross country team heads to Notre Dame, Ind. for the 2021 ACC Championship at Burke Golf Course on Friday, Oct. 29.
All 15 cross country teams in the ACC - including No. 8 ranked Notre Dame and No. 19 Florida State - will be competing in the eight-kilometer race, set to start at 11 a.m. The race will air live on ACC Network.
In their last race on Oct. 9, the Eagles posted an impressive showing at the New England Championship at Franklin Park. Steven Jackson led the team with a 24th place finish, clocking a personal best time of 25:22 at Franklin Park.  David Scherrer followed closely behind in 30th place, also registering a personal best time of 25:29. As a team, Boston College placed 10th overall.
Eight runners will be competing for the Eagles this weekend: Jack Carter, Peter Fox, Andrew Healey, Steven Jackson, Will Purnell, David Scherrer, Jack Seiberlich, and John Wacker.
