Eagles Add Laviolette to Incoming Class

Elisabeth Laviolette to join Eagles in 2020-21 season.
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College softball team added one more incoming recruit for the 2020-21 season. Elisabeth Laviolette from Longboat Key, Florida will join four other incoming freshman – Erika Andal from Florida, Payton Cox from Ohio, Nicole Giery from Virginia and Kamryn Warman from Alabama - on the Eagles roster.
This is the first official recruiting class under new head coach Amy Kvilhaug.

"Elisabeth is a selfless teammate type who will add much needed depth to our outfield as well as the ability to play first. She is a left-handed power hitter with above average speed," said Kvilhaug about the addition of Laviolette.

Played outfield and first base at Brentwood High School … In just three games in 2020, she had 12 at bats, hit .857 with three home runs … Team captain in 2020 … Hit a career-high .450 with two home runs as a junior … 2019 All-District Player II AAA first team honoree … All-County Playoffs first team selection in 2018 … All-Region playoffs first team honoree in 2017 … Helped Brentwood win the 2017 & 2018 District, Regional and Sectional Championships … Placed fifth overall in the State Tournament in 2017 & 2018 … Played for the Tennessee Flames from 2016 through 2018 … Played first base for the Fury Platinum 18U team in 2019 … Played both first base and outfield for the 2020 Tampa Mustangs which won the 18U WFC Champions … Father Peter played and coached in the NHL and is currently the U.S. National team head coach.
