Alexa Rivas leads Eagles
The Boston College women's golf team placed 13th at the Gold Rush Intercollegiate at Old Ranch Country Club in Seal Beach, California.
No. 38 Georgia won the event at -1, while Fresno State placed second at +22, followed by Long Beach State at +31. No. 27 Charlotte placed tied in fourth with BYU at +34.
The top finisher for Boston College was Alexa Rivas who was tied in 39th. Rivas opened with a 77 and shot a 79 in round two. She carded a 76 in the final round. Bibilani Liu placed tied in 43rd. She shot a 78 on the first day and a team-low 75 in the second round. She finished with an 81 in the final round. Anaya Barthakur placed 54th. Her low round was a 77.
