Eagles to Play at Minnesota in ACC/Big Ten Challenge

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- Boston College's matchup in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge is set and the Eagles will head to play Minnesota on Tuesday, Dec. 8. Game time and network clearance are still to be determined.
The Eagles are 1-0 all-time versus the Golden Gophers, with the lone previous meeting coming in 2018 as part of the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. BC earned a 68-56 win in that game on Nov. 26, 2018 at Conte Forum. Wynston Tabbs had 17 points, four rebounds, five assists, three steals and a blocked shot in the win, while Steffon Mitchell - a native of Shakopee, Minn. - added eight points, 13 rebounds, four assists, and two blocks.
Since 2006, Boston College is 7-5 in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. Last year, the Eagles fell at home to Northwestern on Dec. 2, 2019.
