Eagles Set to Race at Florida State Invitational

The women's collegiate invitational race starts at 8:10 am on Friday morning
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — The Boston College women's cross country team heads to Tallahassee, Fla. to compete in Friday's Florida State Invitational. The race will be held at Apalachee Regional Park.
The Eagles will take part in the five-kilometer women's collegiate invitational race, set to start at 8:10 am. BC will be joined by nine other teams on the starting line: Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Miami, and Mississippi State.
Last week, BC hosted the three-team Battle in Beantown at the Coogan XC Course at Highland Park in Attleboro, Mass. Lauren White placed second overall to help the Eagles to a third-place finish in a tightly contested race between three of the top teams in the Northeast - Army and Syracuse.
