BC part of the 10-team field which races on Friday morning
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — On Friday, the Boston College men's cross country team competes at the Florida State Invitational at Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee, Fla.
The Eagles will take part in the eight-kilometer collegiate invitational race, set to start at 7:40 am. BC is one of the 10 teams to toe the line, along with Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Miami, and Mississippi State.
Last week, BC opened its fall season at the Battle in Beantown at the Coogan XC Course at Highland Park in Attleboro, Mass. Ben Ruffing led the Eagles with an 11th place finish.
