The Boston College men's soccer team is coming off one of the most exciting games of the season. The Eagles tied Virginia Tech, 2-2, in overtime on Friday afternoon behind a goal in the 90th minute from senior Joe Kellett.
The Eagles improved to 5-2-1 overall and 0-2-1 in the ACC.
Merrimack (3-3-1, 1-0-0) is coming off a 2-0 victory over Northeast Conference foe Sacred Heart on Friday. They out-shot Sacred Heart, 17-9. Prior to the Sacred Heart game, the Warriors had a tie and three losses. Merrimack tied Harvard on Sept. 24 (3-3 OT) but lost at Vermont, vs. Lowell and at URI (2-1 OT).
