HOW IT HAPPENED
- 5' | Riley Lochhead took a touch into the box and then served a ball all the way across to the far post where Vaughn one-touched it back across the goal and over the goalkeeper's head.
- 8' | After carrying the ball up the right flank, Vaughn slotted it ahead to Smith. Smith was able to push past the two defenders and just as the goalkeeper and two defenders collapsed on her, slotted a low shot into the goal.
- 27' | A Mia Karras throw bounced off the turf and past a defender and Vaughn on the edge of the box, but Vaughn got to the ball first and took a touch before placing a shot to the far post.
- 37' | Francesca Venezia's shot from 15 yards out was initially saved by the goalkeeper but Heckman was there to pop the rebound home for her first career goal.
- 64' | Cristina Blaya's through ball between two defenders hit Lily Fabian running into the box, and Fabian was able to slot it past a charging Murphy.
