Rowing Races at Eastern Sprints for Final ACC Championship Tune Up

The Eagles raced on Lake Quinsigamond in Worcester on Sunday.
WORCESTER, Mass. -- The Boston College rowing team competed at the Women's Eastern Springs on Lake Quinsigamond in Worcester on Sunday. The Eagles were represented with boats in the Varsity Eight, Second Varsity Eight, Varsity Four and Third Varsity Eight races.
BC's Varsity Four raced in the grand final and finished in a time of 7:57.808 after posting a time of 7:52.299 in the morning heat. The Varsity Eight completed the Petite Final in 6:53.532, while the Second Varsity Eight took third in the Petite Final with a time of 6:57.407.
Boston College is off this weekend before moving on to the postseason for the ACC Championship in Clemson, S.C. on May 17 and 18.
BC's Varsity Four raced in the grand final and finished in a time of 7:57.808 after posting a time of 7:52.299 in the morning heat. The Varsity Eight completed the Petite Final in 6:53.532, while the Second Varsity Eight took third in the Petite Final with a time of 6:57.407.
