BOSTON COLLEGE VS. DUKE - ALL-TIME SERIES

This is the 24th meeting between the Eagles and Blue Devils.
BC won the last meeting, 89-84, on Dec. 9, 2017 at Conte Forum.
Ky Bowman finished one assist shy of a triple-double.
Bowman had 30 points (12-24 FG), 10 rebounds, and nine assists.
Jerome Robinson - the 13th pick in the 2018 NBA draft - added 24 points on 8-of-11 shooting (5-5 3FG).
Jordan Chatman added 22 points (6-13 FG; 5-9 3FG).
Duke holds a commanding 20-3 lead in the all-time series.
In ACC play, Duke is 16-2 vs. the Eagles dating back to 2006-07.

BOSTON COLLEGE IN ACC PLAY

Boston College is 79-149 in 13 seasons in the ACC.
The Eagles finished with a 7-11 record in ACC play last year - the most conference wins since the 2012-13 season.
The Eagles' best ACC mark came in its inaugural season, going 11-5 in conference play in 2005-06 en route to a third place finish.
BC tied for third in 2006-07 (10-6) and fourth in 2010-11 (9-7).

KY BOWMAN: THE NATION'S MOST DYNAMIC GUARD

Ky Bowman is the only player in the country averaging at least: 20.8 points, 7.9 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.3 steals, and 0.6 blocks per game.
It is the most well-rounded stat line in 26 years of Division I basketball.
In 1992-93, Penny Hardaway of Memphis posted at least that stat line (21.0 ppg/8.5 rpg/6.4 apg/2.5 spg/1.2 bpg).
Bowman is the only player nationally at 6-1 or shorter to average 7.8 rebounds and 0.9 blocks per game.
Last year, Bowman was the only player in the country to average at least 17.6 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 4.7 assists per game.
Since the 1990-91 season, only 10 players have registered at least those season averages.
One of those players was National Player of the Year - Denzel Valentine of Michigan State in 2016.
Three were top three NBA Draft picks: Ben Simmons, LSU (#1, 2016); Evan Turner, Ohio State (#2, 2010); and Hardaway, Memphis (#3, 1993).
Five were first round NBA Draft picks: Simmons; Turner; Hardaway; Valentine (#14, 2016); Bob Sura, FSU (#17, 1995).

Ky Bowman - a Havelock, North Carolina native - enjoys playing games against teams from his home state.
Bowman is averaging 19.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 3.8 assists in 12 games vs. Duke, UNC, NC State, and Wake Forest.
Two of his seven career 30+ point performances have come versus Carolina (33, 1/21/17) and Duke (30, 12/9/17).
He has scored 20 or more in six of the 12 games against a North Carolina-based opponent.

BC is the only ACC team with four players ranking among the top 25 in the ACC in scoring (Bowman/Tabbs/Chatman/Popovic).

Jared Hamilton is averaging 14.5 points per game over his last two outings, connecting on 13-of-18 shots (72.2%).
Last time out, Jared Hamilton earned his second start of the season and scored a season-high 17 points to go with three assists.
He added 12 points off the bench against Syracuse, while also notching two steals in 29 minutes.
Jared Hamilton is averaging 5.5 points per game in just over 18 minutes of play since becoming eligible to play on Dec. 22.
A transfer from Georgia Southern, Hamilton arrived at the Heights during the 2018 spring semester.

Jordan Chatman reached the 1,000 point mark for his collegiate career on Jan. 26 at Wake Forest.
Chatman reached the milestone through 115 total games played between BYU and Boston College from 2015-present.
The senior guard has scored 948 points in 83 games at Boston College, from 2016-present.
He is 52 points away from becoming the 44th BC player to score 1,000 points - an average of 5.2 ppg through the regular season.

DOUBLE-DOUBLE, ANIMAL STYLE

Ky Bowman (seven) and Nik Popovic (six) have combined for 13 six double-doubles in points and rebounds this season.
Their combined 13 double-doubles are the most by a pair of BC teammates in a single-season since 2006-07.
In 2006-07, Jared Dudley (10) and Sean Williams (4) combined for a total of 14 double-doubles.
In 2005-06, Dudley (4) and Craig Smith (15) had 19 double-doubles. In 2004-05, Dudley (7) and Smith (8) combined for 15.

BOSTON COLLEGE MAKING A 3-POINT TURN

Boston College had its best 3-point shooting performance on Jan. 20 against Florida State, making 13-of-21 - good for 61.9%.
The 13 makes were the most this season and highest single-game total since Feb. 28, 2018 vs. Syracuse (14 3FG made).
The 61.9% 3-point proficiency is the highest in a single-game since Jan. 5, 2010: 69.2% (9-for-13) vs. NJIT.
Individually, Ky Bowman is shooting better than 7.5% higher from beyond the arc during conference play.
Versus Florida State, Bowman made his first five 3-point attempts and finished 6-of-8 from the outside.
Bowman is connecting on 40.7% (24-59) from 3-point land in ACC games. He was at 34.2% (26-76) during non-conference play.
Jordan Chatman is red-hot from the outside in his last five games, making 22-of-43 shots from the outside - a 51.2% clip.
