BC Hosts Pittsburgh on Tuesday Night on ESPNU

Both teams participating in Fight for Literacy campaign as part of Tuesday night's game
Boston College will be participating in the Fight for Literacy campaign in conjunction with Tuesday night's game. The Eagles' coaching staff will be wearing green ties and lapel pins, helping to raise awareness for illiteracy.
Coaching for Literacy uses the power of sports to raise awareness about the problem of illiteracy and generate financial support for literacy programs nationwide. The charity has conducted over 100 Fight for Literacy Games with more than 50 NCAA teams and has provided over $200,000 to fund 75 literacy projects supporting more than 10,000 children nationwide.

- Nik Popovic is one of six ACC players to rank among the top 25 in the league in scoring and rebounding, and among the top 10 in FG percentage. The others: Williamson, John Mooney (Notre Dame), Cameron Johnson (UNC), Torin Dorn (NC State), and Jordan Nwora (Louisville).

BOSTON COLLEGE EXCLUSIVE
- Ky Bowman is one of two players in BC history to accumulate 1,500 points, 500 rebounds, 300 assists, and 100 steals.
- The other is Jared Dudley, who from 2003-07, tallied 2,071 points, 936 boards, 395 assists, and 176 steals in his four year career.
- Both players reached those career statistical totals as juniors. Dudley was at 1500/688/305/134 at the conclusion of his third year.
- Bowman is one of only 18 players in ACC history to reach those career totals.

- Jared Hamilton is averaging 8.8 points per game over his last four outings, connecting on 15-of-28 shots (53.6%).
- Against Notre Dame, he earned his second start of the season and scored a season-high 17 points to go with three assists.
- He added 12 points off the bench against Syracuse, while also notching two steals in 29 minutes.
- A transfer from Georgia Southern, Hamilton arrived at the Heights during the 2018 spring semester.
JORDAN CHATMAN SCORES 1,000TH COLLEGIATE POINT; NEEDS 24 TO REACH 1K AT BOSTON COLLEGE
- Jordan Chatman reached the 1,000 point mark for his collegiate career on Jan. 26 at Wake Forest.
- Chatman reached the milestone through 115 total games played between BYU and Boston College from 2015-present.
- The senior guard has scored 976 points in 85 games at Boston College, from 2016-present.
- He is 24 points away from becoming the 44th member of Boston College's 1,000 point club.
