GAME PREVIEW: Eagles to Host Stony Brook

Boston College will host Stony Brook on Wednesday at the Newton Soccer Field (7 p.m.). The game was originally scheduled for a 5 p.m. start but both teams agreed to move the game to 7 p.m. due to the high temperatures expected for Wednesday. Fans remember that it's free admission for all the BC regular season home games.

The Eagles are currently 4-0-0 and will host Texas Tech on Saturday night (7 p.m.) after the football home opener vs. UMass (1 p.m.).

She had two goals off corner kicks from Sam Coffey in the win over Albany last week.
-Boston College is ranked 21^st in the country in scoring offense with a 3.00 goals per game average … BC is ninth in the country and second in the ACC in total goals with 12 … The Eagles are 14^th in the country and third in the conference in total points with 33.
-Midfielder Sam Coffey is second in the country and first in the ACC in game-winning goals. She has two (vs. Albany, vs. UConn).
- Junior Olivia Vaughn is third in the ACC and 38^th in the country in shots with 4.5 a game.
