Paige Duca Earns All-ACC Academic Honors

Eagles junior named to All-ACC Academic team

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Junior Paige Duca was named to the 2018 Women's Outdoor Track & Field All-ACC Academic Team as announced today by the conference.

Minimum academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0 grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. Athletic achievements during the most recent season are also considered in selecting the All-ACC Academic Team.

Duca posted times in the 3000-meter Steeplechase and 1500m that placed her in the top-48 of the East. She run the 3000m Steeplechase at the East Regional NCAA Preliminary round where she finished 16^th. At the 2018 Outdoor ACC Championship, Duca placed fourth in both the 3000-meter steeplechase (10:15.68) and 1500-meter (4:19.15). She finished second in the steeple at the historic Penn Relays with a 10:09.55.

A native of Rockville, N.Y., Duca is enrolled in the Carroll School of Management as an operations management major.
