These Eagles had outstanding performances last week
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Senior Kaileen Hart of the lacrosse team and sophomore Sean Mullins have been named Nissan Eagles of the Week after their impressive performances last week.
Hart was a key performer in the Eagles' first-ever win in Charlottesville and BC's second-straight win over UVA, marking the first time in program history that BC has defeated Virginia twice in a row. Coming out of the half tied at 6-6, Hart scored twice back-to-back in the first 5:32 of the second half to give the Eagles a lead they would not surrender. The Babylon, N.Y. native added the game-winning goal at 13-8. She finished 3-of-3 on shots for the day. Both of Hart's ground balls came at the start of the second half, one that led to the attack culminating with her second goal of the day, and her second that led to the last of BC's five straight goals to put the game out of reach.
