Eagles-Panthers tip off at 1 in Play4Kay Game
The Boston College women's basketball team will host Pittsburgh on Sunday at Conte Forum for a 1 p.m. ACC game. The Eagles are looking to end a tough losing skid, while Pittsburgh had a bye week and is well rested.

On Thursday, rookie Milan Bolden-Morris had a career-high 20 points but it was not enough as the Eagles fell to Georgia Tech, 67-43, on the road. Sophomore Taylor Ortlepp pitched in with 15 points, marking the fifth straight game she has notched double-figures.

The 20 points from Bolden-Morris pushed her over the 300-point mark for the season. She hit five three-pointers, marking the fifth time she made five threes' in a game. The Florida native is also closing in on BC Freshman Class program record for most three's in a single season. She has 67Â three-pointers, and needs just eight to tie the record held by Kelly Hughes (74).

Sophomore Taylor Ortlepp is on an offensive hot streak as well. The second-year guard has reached double-figures in the last five games. She had 15 in the loss at Georgia Tech and averaged 17.3 points a game in the last three games.

Pittsburgh had a bye week and has not played since Feb. 4. The Panthers lost to No. 10/11 Florida State, 66-59. Sophomore Alayna Gribble led the Panthers with 13 points, while Kauai and Yacine Diop pitched in with 12 points apiece.

Pitt has two ACC wins came against Clemson on Feb. 1 and Georgia Tech on Jan. 14. The Clemson win was a road game. Diop had 15 points while Jasmine Whitney added 14 points.

Swords, a native of Sudbury, just signed as a free agent with the Las Vegas Aces, the new team in the WNBA. She will be reunited with her former coach Bill Lambeer, who she played for in New York.
- The Boston College women's basketball team will host Pittsburgh in the annual Play4Kay game on Sunday at Conte Forum at 1 p.m.
