Boston College will hit the road for three consecutive ACC road games. The Eagles (8-4-, 2-1-0) will open the run up at Virginia Tech on Friday night (7 p.m.). The game will be streamed live on the ACC Network Extra.
BC is coming off a 1-0 victory over No. 20 Wake Forest on Sunday afternoon. Olivia Vaughn scored the lone goal while Alexis Bryant notched her fifth shutout.
Virginia Tech is 0-2-1 in the ACC and 6-3-2 overall. The Hokies opened ACC action at Duke (L, 3-0), tied Pittsburgh on the road (1-1, OT) before losing to FSU on Sunday, 2-0.

With two Wake Forest's defenders chasing Vaughn down, the second-year forward placed the ball into the back of the goal for the win.
- A key to the game was the play of junior Alexis Bryant and her back line. The defense held Wake Forest to just three shots on goal. Bryant stood tall early in the game as she stopped Wake's Maddie Huster on a penalty kick in the 16th minute of the match.
