Gross, Duca, Knoll And McCabe Named To All-ACC Academic Women’s Indoor Track & Field Team

Four women's indoor track and field athletes were recognized as members of the 2017 All-ACC Academic Team, as announced today by Commissioner John Swofford. Junior Robin Gross along with sophomores Paige Duca, Elizabeth Knoll and Molly McCabe were all named to the conference All-Academic team.
Gross, Duca and McCabe were members of the distance relay team which placed third at the ACC Indoor Championship. Gross, Duca and McCabe also won the event at the 2017 Div. 1 ECAC Championship.
Elizabeth Knoll also earned a spot on the conference academic team as she placed sixth in the high jump at the ACC Indoor Championship.
Minimum academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0 grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. Athletic achievements during the most recent season are also considered in selecting the All-ACC Academic Team.
Every student-athlete selected to the 2017 All-ACC Women's Track and Field Academic Team earned All-America and/or All-ACC honors this past season.
