Junior earns straight-set victory in fourth singles

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College men's tennis team fell to NC State, 6-1, in an ACC home match Sunday at the Flynn Recreation Complex.

Junior Kent Mukai earned a 6-2, 6-2 victory in fourth singles against NC State's Michael Ogden. Mukai won both his singles matches this week, also earning a victory Friday against No. 15 Georgia Tech.

BC fell to 4-11 overall and 0-6 in ACC matches. The Wolfpack advanced to 12-10 overall and 3-4 in ACC play.

The Eagles will next visit Miami on Friday at 3 p.m.
