Miami Defeats BC, 7-0

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The Boston College men's tennis team fell to Miami, 7-0, in Friday's ACC road match.

The Eagles forced two matches into a third set. Freshman Alexander Chieffalo won the first set of fifth singles, but Miami's Nile Clark took the 4-6, 6-2, 1-0 (11-9) victory.

Miami advanced to 7-9, 1-6 in conference play. BC fell to 4-12 overall, 0-7 in ACC play.

The Eagles will next visit No. 30 Florida State on Sunday at 1 p.m.
