BC HIGHLIGHTS
- Junior Annie Murphy has plated the game-winning run in both of BC's extra-inning victories. She pushed in the go-ahead run Feb. 17 against Abilene Christian, reaching on a fielder's choice to give BC a 6-5 lead.
- The Eagles are 2-1Â in extra-inning games.
- Junior Jessica Dreswick (6-2) allowed only two earned runs in eight innings, striking out eight and surrendering only four hits.
- Dreswick has thrown a complete game in her last four starts.
- Senior Taylor Coroneos and sophomore Allyson Moore each batted 2-for-4.
- Junior Chloe Sharabba recorded two runs – including the go-ahead score in the eighth inning – and one RBI.
- Sophomore Lexi DiEmmanuele stole her team-leading eighth base of the season.
- Junior Jordan Chimento reached base three times with a hit, a walk, and getting hit by a pitch.

BC loaded the bases in the top of the eighth. Then Murphy dropped a sacrifice bunt to score Sharabba from third, giving the Eagles a 3-2 lead.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Eagles score two runs in the top of the first. DiEmmanuele posted a bunt single. Then Sharabba singled to advance her to third. DiEmmanuele scored off a throwing error on the play to give BC a 1-0 lead. Sharabba advanced to second on the play.
- BC took a 2-0 lead in the following at bat, when Chimento singled to the pitcher to plate Sharabba.
- The Jayhawks tied the game, 2-2, in the third. With the bases loaded, Kansas' Madison Sykes hit a two-run single.
- BC placed Sharabba on second to begin the eighth inning. Chimento walked to lead it off. Then Moore singled to left, setting up Murphy's game-winning bunt that made it 3-2.
- After Murphy's sacrifice bunt, BC had runners on second and third. Freshman Jules Trevino reached first on a bunt, scoring freshman Olivia Markopoulos, who pinch-ran for Chimento. The insurance run gave BC a 4-2 lead.
