RESULTS

The fencing team participated in the NCAA Northeast Regional this past weekend at Yale. Based on the final results from the event, junior Ethan Grab (men's epee) and senior Renee Bichette (women's epee) will be recommended for selection to the NCAA Championship, based on the regional results. The 2017 NCAA Championship will be held on March 23-26 at the Fishers S&E Center in Fishers, Indiana.

BC Highlights
- Senior Renee Bichette placed seventh in women's epee. If Bichette makes the tournament it will be her third appearance.
- Junior Ethan Grab also placed seventh in the men's epee. If Grab's name is called, it will be his first NCAA Tournament experience.
- In women's sabre, sophomore Laura Donovan placed 13^th, narrowly advancing to the final round of competition.
- Freshman Zachary Hammer earned an at-large nomination by placing 14^th in men's foil.
- Nineteen fencers from Boston College participated in the regional championship and 11 finished higher than their pre-tournament seed.
