BC schedule changes due to inclement weather

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College softball team's game against Wichita State set for Friday has been canceled due to inclement weather, University of Houston staff announced. The Eagles will instead open the season Saturday at 9 a.m. against Wright State at the Houston Hilton Plaza Invitational.

BC will play two Saturday and two Sunday matches in the tournament. The Eagles have replaced Friday afternoon's match against UC Santa Barbara with a game Sunday at 1:30 p.m. against Houston.

The Eagles will play the following games at the invitational:

Saturday, Feb. 11 at 9 a.m. vs. Wright State
Saturday, Feb. 11 at 4:30 p.m. at Houston
Sunday, Feb. 12 at 8:30 a.m. vs. UC Santa Barbara
Sunday, Feb. 12 at 1:30 p.m. at Houston
