Game Preview: Providence Up Next For Eagles

Eagles travel to play old Big East rival Providence Thursday at noon.
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College (5-6) will hit the road to play at Providence on Thursday at Alumni Hall for a noon tip-off. The game will be streamed liver on the Friars website.

The Eagles are coming off an overtime victory to New Hampshire on Sunday. BC rookie Milan Bolden-Morris had 18 points and eight boards while sophomore Taylor Ortlepp pitched in with 15 points and senior Martina Mosetti added 14 points. Sophomore forward Georgia Pineau notched her third double-double with 10 points and 12 boards.

-Â Boston College and Providence have played 52 games. The first game took place on March 2, 1977.
-Â BC lost the first seven games against Providence be-fore picking up a victory on Jan. 8, 1985.
