SERIES HISTORY
- BC and Massachusetts first faced each other in 1899, BC won 18-0
- In 1912, the Minuetemen had a 3-1 series lead before the Eagles won the next six
- BC holds a 20-5 series advantage over Massachusetts and has won the last eight meetings, the latest coming in 2014.
- The Eagles are also 10-2 when playing on the Minutemen's home field, but the two teams have not battled at Amhert since 1978, when UMass earned a 27-0 shutout over the Eagles.
- The last time BC rushed for over 500 yards was against the Minutemen. The Eagles put up 518 rushing yards in a 59-14 victory on Nov. 24, 1973.
SCOUTING THE MINUTEMEN
- Umass finished last season with a record of 3-9
- The Minutemen dropped their season opener in Gainesville, Fla., to No. 25 Florida, 24-7.

- Redshirt sophomore RB Hilliman rush for his fifth 100-yard rushing ?game last week against Georgia Tech?, amassing 102 yards and a career-long, 73-yard touchdown.?
