Luke Kuechly – LB Carolina Panthers
In the Panthers' Week two win against the San Francisco 49ers, Kuechly posted a team-high 11 tackles (four solo) and recorded his first interception of the season and 12th of his career during Sunday's 46-27 win at home. Looking ahead to next week, Kuechly could be in store for another big game as they host the Minnesota Vikings.
Matt Ryan – QB Atlanta Falcons
Matt Ryan delivered the Falcons their first win of the season in Week two in Oakland: Ryan threw three touchdown passes for 26 of 34 completions for 396 total yards, allowing the Falcons to prevail 35-28. Ryan's strong performance this game puts him at 730 yards and five touchdowns through two weeks. Next week's trip to New Orleans for Monday Night Football presents yet another opportunity for Ryan to lead the Falcons' offense in another strong matchup.
Justin Simmons – FS Denver Broncos
Simmons' four solo tackles helped the Broncos prevail over the Indianapolis Colts, 34-20. The Broncos' win this week continues their undefeated record as they travel to Cincinnati to play the Bengals on Sunday.
Will Blackmon – CB Washington Redskins
Blackmon recorded one assisted tackle and 14 special teams appearances for the Redskins in their 27-23 loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday.
Mark Herzlich – LB New York Giants
In the Giants 16-13 win over New Orleans, Herzlich recorded one kick return, two tackles, and played in 27 special teams appearances.Â
Kasim Edebali – LB New Orleans Saints
Edebali participated in 20 defensive plays and 27 special teams appearances in the Saint's week two loss to the Giants.
John Wetzel – OT Arizona Cardinals
Wetzel had three offensive appearances and seven special teams appearances in the Cardinals' 40-7 win over Tampa Bay in Week 2.
Josh Keyes – LB Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Josh Keyes appeared in 22 special teams plays for Tampa Bay in week two.
Kevin Pierre-Louis – LB Seattle Seahawks
Pierre-Louis participated in 15 plays on special teams in Sunday's 3-9 loss to the Los Angeles Rams.
Anthony Castonzo – OT Indianapolis Colts
Castonzo started at left tackle week two in Colts' loss to the Broncos.
Gosder Cherilus – OT Tampa Bay Buccaneers
