- Sophomore Simon Enstrom tallied his second goal of the season in the 17th minute, which proved to be the game-winner for the second game in a row

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The game's first shot wasn't registered until the 14th minute – by Hofstra's Joseph Holland forcing a save by Eagles goalkeeper Cedric Saladin
- BC capitalized on its first shot of the game when Enstrom converted the rebound of Lewis' shot. Enstrom originally collected the cross from the left hear the penalty spot and fed Lewis. His shot was saved by Hofstra keeper Leo Arkhanhelskyi, but the rebound popped to Enstrom who found space low inside the near post
- The Eagles took a 1-0 lead into the half and maintained the advantage while Hofstra continued to pressure and out-shot BC 14-8 in the stanza – and had a 4-1 edge in corner kicks – but Lewis found space down the left wing with a minute left in the game. He fed Johnson just outside the box, creating a 2-on-1 with Schulze-Geisthovel. Johnson took space in the box and forced the center back to commit, before feeding Schulze-Geisthovel for the open goal.
