Boston College Men's track & field team participated at another meet hosted by Boston University, the Scarlet and White Invitational.
BC Highlights
- The Eagles finished seventh out of a field of 30 teams. The Eagles accumulated 27 points. The winner, George Mason, collected 105 points.
- Junior Obinna Nwankwo had a career day in the 400. The Canton native set a new BC record in the event with a time of 48.16. The time also qualified Nwankwo for both the ACC and IC4A Championships.
- Sophomore Nicholas Nash took fourth in the 400. Nash crossed the line at 49.11, which also qualified him for the IC4A Championships.
- Senior Nicholas Denari finished fifth in the in the 5000 meters with a time of 15:13.48. He was followed closely behind by junior Michael Stephens in sixth place.
- Junior Richard Moschella took sixth in the 1000 meters. Moschella crossed the line at 2:32.96.
- The team heads back to Boston University for the Valentine Invitational.
