HOW IT HAPPENED
- Syracuse went on the first run of the game, scoring 13 unanswered points to build a 21-11 a little more than 10 minutes into the game.
- The Orange lead was 32-23 with 3:23 left in the half, but Boston College finished the half with a 9-3 run to make it 35-32. Milon had five of the points in that span.
- The Eagles scored six straight to take a 41-39 lead early in the second, capped by Clifford's and-one. It was BC's first lead sincr 11-8.
- From there, Syracuse went on a 10-1 run to take a 49-43 lead. That triggered a 24-7 run that made it a 63-48 lead with 9:00 left.
- The lead was nine or more the rest of the way.
