Will Blackmon – CB Washington Redskins
Blackmon recorded four solo tackles in his 31 snaps for the Redskins' defense in Arizona on Sunday. The Redskins' snatched the lead late in the third quarter as quarterback Kirk Cousins completed a 26-yard TD pass to wide receiver Jamison Crowder, but their lead fell apart as the Cardinals came back in the fourth quarter to win the game, 31-23.

Anthony Castonzo – OT Indianapolis Colts
Castonzo started on the offensive line for the Colts' and made 58 appearances as the Colts trounced the Jets on Monday Night Football, 41-10. The Colts offense amassed 429 yards for an 80 percent pass completion rate. It marked the sixth win of the season puts to put Indianapolis back at .500 and vaults the Colts into a three-way tie with the Titans and Texans to top the AFC South.

Gosder Cherilus – OT Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Cherlius saw the field on 15 different occasions (five on special teams) as the Buccaneers beat the Chargers, 28-21, for their fourth straight win and seventh overall. The Buccaneers trailed going into the second half but a TD catch by tight end Cameron Brate gave Tampa the lead with nine minutes left in regulation.   Â

Emmett Cleary – OT Dallas Cowboys
Cleary made three appearances for the Cowboys on special teams as Dallas earned its 11th straight win of the season, beating the Vikings, 17-15. Dallas was down entering the fourth quarter, but an early eight-yard TD pass to wide receiver Dez Bryant gave the Cowboys' a lead that they kept until time ran out. Dallas was the first team to clinch a playoff berth.

Kasim Edebali – LB New Orleans Saints
Edebali made 19 appearances, including 15 on special teams, as the Saints' fell to the Detroit Lions, 28-13. Saints' quarterback Drew Brees threw for 326 total yards in 44 attempts, but a strong showing by the Lions offense prevented the Saints from taking the lead.

Mark Herzlich – LB New York Giants
Herzlich was ruled out for week 13 against the Steelers due to a concussion. The Giants fell to the Steelers, 24-14.

Luke Kuechly – LB Carolina Panthers
Kuechly was ruled out in Week 13 against the Seahawks due to a concussion. The Panthers fell to the Seahawks, 40-7.

Brian Mihalik – OT Pittsburgh Steelers
Mihalik did not play in Week 12 against the Giants. The Steelers beat the Giants, 24-14.

Kevin Pierre-Louis – LB Seattle Seahawks
Pierre-Louis recorded one assisted tackle in his 29 snaps, including 16 for special teams, in the Seahawks' 40-7 win over the Carolina Panthers. The Seahawks offense amassed 534 yards, including a 75-yard TD run by wide receiver Tyler Lockett in the third quarter. Seattle's win solidifies its place atop the NFC West rankings in the final stretch of the season.

Matt Ryan – QB Atlanta Falcons
Ryan completed 22-of-34 passes for 297 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's game against the Chiefs. He also added 23 yards on three rushes as the Falcons fell to the Chiefs after an unsuccessful fourth-quarter rally, 29-28. The Falcons' offense gained 418 total yards and 32 first downs in the game.

Justin Simmons – FS Denver Broncos
Simmons recorded two solo tackles in his 41 on-field appearances, including 29 for special teams, in the Broncos' 20-10 win over the Jaguars. An interception and 49-yard touchdown run by Denver corner back Bradley Roby in the third quarter gave the Broncos a commanding lead that the Lions couldn't overcome.

John Wetzel – OT Arizona Cardinals
Wetzel started at right guard for the Cardinals and played in every offensive snap and six special teams snaps in the 31-23 win over the Redskins. Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer completed a 41-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver JJ Nelson with two minutes left in regulation. Palmer threw for 300 passing yards with three touchdowns and was sacked twice while the Cardinals amassed 369 total yards on the day.
