- Graduate student Mo Jeffers grabbed a career-high 13 rebounds, including four on the offensive glass. Classmate Connar Tava had 10 rebounds and half of those were on the offensive end.
- Sophomore A.J. Turner scored 13 points while freshman Ky Bowman chipped in with 11 off the bench.
- Boston College outrebounded the Hawks, 49-33, in the game.
- The Eagles had 22 assists on 30 baskets and all 11 players that saw the floor had a field goal.

Boston College rattled off seven-straight points to build a 22-9 lead at the 12:45 mark of the first half. The Eagles led the rest of the way.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Boston College led in the early going, 15-9, and then scored seven unanswered points in a minute to take a 22-9 lead 7:15 into the game.
- Maryland Eastern Shore scored the next six points to cut it to a seven-point lead.
- The Hawks cut the lead to five with 3:50 left in the half, but BC pushed the lead to 41-31 at the break.
- MDES cut the BC lead down to 49-42, but the Eagles rattled off nine unanswered points to build it back up to 58-42 with 8:08 remaining.
- Boston College led by double digits the rest of the way.
