Enstrom, Sebia Named Eagles of the Week

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Freshman forward Simon Enstrom (men’s soccer) and senior forward AshLeigh Sebia (field hockey) have been named Eagles of the Week.
Enstrom emerged with three goals, an assist and seven points in three matches last week. In his second game at the collegiate level, he scored twice to lead BC to a 3-2 victory over cross-town rival BU. He scored in the 16th minute and then notched the game-winner in the 80th minute to break a 2-2 tie. Enstrom then added a goal and an assist in the Eagles’ 4-2 upset of #23 SMU on Friday night.
Sebia scored two goals in the Eagles 3-2 overtime upset of #3 Maryland on Friday night. Her first goal gave the team a 2-1 advantage in regulation, while her second came in overtime and was the fourth game-winning goal of her career. Sebia leads BC with six points this season.
Men’s soccer (3-1-0) will open ACC play on Friday night when it travels to NC State. Field hockey (3-1) is on the road at Boston University Friday night and at Connecticut on Sunday.
