Lewis, Pritchard Compete In World Cup Qualifier

NASSAU, Bahamas - Sophomore Zeiko Lewis and junior Dylan Pritchard competed against each other in a CONCACAF 2018 World Cup Qualifier as Lewis' Bermuda team defeated Pritchard's Bahamas squad, 5-0, on March 25 in Nassau, Bahamas.
Lewis scored a goal in the 30th minute to put Bermuda on top, 3-0. It was his first career international goal. Both Lewis and Pritchard started and played the full 90 minutes.
Lewis hails from Pembroke, Bermuda and has been named to the All-ACC Second team both seasons at BC. Lewis, the 2013 ACC Freshman of the Year, has six goals and 14 assists in 34 career matches. Pritchard, who was born in the Bahamas, has two assists in 37 career appearances.
The second leg of the qualifier between the two countries will take place on March 29. The winning team (aggregate score) will advance to the second round of qualifying to face Guatemala.
BEDOYA STARTS FOR TEAM USA
Former Eagle Alejandro Bedoya started and played the first half for the United States Men's National Team in its 3-2 loss to Denmark on March 25. The U.S. MNT will now train for its second-straight road match in Europe on March 31 against Switzerland.
