Football Town Hall Meeting Set For Saturday

Boston College Director of Athletics Brad Bates has announced that this year's BC's football "Town Hall Meeting," scheduled for Saturday, March 7 prior to the men's basketball game vs. Wake Forest, is completely full. Due to high demand, the popular event was moved from Walsh Hall to Power Gym as it "sold out" in less than 48 hours.
As he did two years ago, Bates emailed football season ticket holders inviting them to attend the town hall-style session as an opportunity to share their BC football experiences.
"Our town hall meeting was extremely popular in 2013 and we learned a great deal from our fans," Bates said. "Based on their feedback, we upgraded our video boards and sound system, added fireworks, gate greeters, a hospitality tent, healthy concessions options and brought back Homecoming, among other things. Once again, this input will prove invaluable as we continue our attempts to enhance the gameday experience for all."
