Gambino Recaps LSU Weekend

Chestnut Hill, Mass. - Boston College head coach Mike Gambino discussed the three-games series at No. 2/4 LSU, in which the Eagles (2-5) dropped all three contests to the Tigers (6-1). He noted that BC played hard in Friday's doubleheader but could not push enough runs across.

Gambino also talked about the offensive production of key players, the catching responsibilities of sophomore Nick Sciortino, junior Stephen Sauter and redshirt junior Geoffrey Murphy, along with the role of senior RHP John Gorman.
