Boston College (8-1) will host the UMass Lowell (2-7) on Sunday, Dec. 20 at Conte Forum at 1 p.m. Fans can purchase tickets at the gate or online at bceagles.com.

The Eagles are coming off a, 71-51, victory over New Hampshire Sunday, Dec. 13. The Eagles were led by Mariella Fasoula (11 points, five rebounds) and Katie Quandt (10 points, six rebounds), while Kailey Edwards pitched in with nine points.

BC vs. UMASS LOWELL

Boston College and UMass Lowell will meet this afternoon for the third time.
The Eagles have a 2-0 edge in the overall series vs. Lowell.
The first meeting took place on Feb. 5, 1981. The Eagles defeated Lowell, 52-46 on the road.
The second meeting between the two teams took place on Jan. 21, 1982. BC hosted Lowell and earned a 76-29 victory.

LAST TIME OUT

Boston College defeated New Hampshire, 71-51, on Dec. 6 at Conte Forum.
Katie Quandt (10 points, 6 boards) and Mariella Fasoula (11 points, 5 rebounds) led BC's offensive attack. Kailey Edwards chipped in with nine points.
The Eagles held UNH to just eight points in the second quarter. The Wildcats shot just 31 percent from the floor while BC was hot shooting a season-high 55.8 percent. BC was held season-low three-three-pointers.

Boston College is 3-0 with victories over Purdue, Hartford and New Hampshire.

BC held Hartford to just 28 points in the victory on Dec. 9. It marked the first time BC has held a team to under 30 points since the 2006 season. That year the Eagles defeated Longwood, 85-29, on Jan. 22, 2006.
BC's bench is averaging 25.2 points and 15.9 rebounds a game. The subs are shooting 45 percent from the floor and 15.9 rebounds a game. The bench has out-scored the opponents bench in eight of the nine games this season.
Junior Emilee Daley continues to be the offensive spark off the bench at 7.7 points per game. She also averages 3.7 rebounds and has 10 steals. Kailey Edwards is right behind Daley with a 5.4 point per game average, 17 assists and 2.4 rebounds per game. Against UNH, Katie Quandt led the bench with 10 points and six boards.
The Eagles shot season-high 56 percent from the floor vs. UNH on Dec. 6. BC had a season-low three three-pointers but a season-high 48 points in the paint.
Alexa Coulombe earned her first start of the season, eight overall, vs. UNH. She finished with six points and three boards.
Three players - Marti Mosetti, Kelly Hughes and Nicole Boudreau - have started every game this season.
The 8-1 start for the Eagles is the best start for the program since the 2010-11 season. That season the BC's first loss occurred against Michigan on Dec. 22nd at home.
Rookie Mariella Fasoula was named ACC Rookie of the Week the first week of December for her career-high 23 point performance at Purdue.
BC's RPI is currently at 35 (as of 12.16.15).
