Team
- Boston College is now 8-5 against NC State in the all-time series, 7-4 in ACC meetings and 6-2 at Chestnut Hill. The Wolfpack beat the Eagles in Chestnut Hill for the first time since 1937. BC had won the previous five meetings.
- After holding opponents to 10 or fewer points in the first half over the first six games, the Eagles have now conceded at least 14 points in the first half in each of the last four games.
- Boston College was held scoreless in the first half for the third time this season.
Offense
- After rushing for over 100 yards in the last 27 games, the Eagles have not broken 100 rushing yards in the last three games.
- Freshman walk-on QB John Fadule made his first career start and recorded his first career touchdown - a three-yard score to sophomore WR Thadd Smith - while throwing for 257 yards on 23-for-37 passing with three interceptions.
- Fadule notched the most passing yards by a BC QB since Chase Rettig logged 285 yards against Villanova on Aug. 31, 2013.
- Boston College is the second school to start four different quarterbacks in 2015, after Fresno State. Sophomore Darius Wade, redshirt freshman Troy Flutie, freshman Jeff Smith and Fadule have all started for the Eagles this season.
- Senior WR David Dudeck hauled in a career-high 81 yards on seven catches.
- Freshman WR Michael Walker recorded a career-high 32 receiving yards on one grab.
- Freshman WR Elijah Robinson set career highs in both receptions (4) and yards (51).
Defense
- With 10 tackles for loss, Boston College recorded its fifth double-digit total in 2015 and the eighth since the start of the 2014 season.
- Boston College conceded an 83-yard touchdown pass early in the second quarter, the longest play from scrimmage allowed since the Eagles allowed a 96-yard pass from NC State's Marcus Stone to Brian Clark on Nov. 12, 2005.
- Freshman DB William Harris made his first career start. He is the first true freshman to start at defensive back since current senior DB Justin Simmons started against Florida State on Oct. 13, 2012.
- Sophomore DL Harold Landry's first quarter tackle for loss increased his season total to 13.5
- Senior DB Justin Simmons recorded his third interception of the season, and sixth of his career, in the first quarter.

Special Teams
- Senior P/K Alex Howell punted eight times for 321 yards, including four inside the 20. This is the sixth time this season where Howell has tallied at least eight punts.
- Freshman WR Michael Walker returned two kickoffs for 55 yards. It is the sixth straight game with multiple kickoff returns for Walker.
Other
- Senior DB Justin Simmons wore number 31 in honor of the late Jay McGillis as Simmons is the 2015 Jay McGillis Memorial Scholarship recipient.
