The Hamilton, N.J., native explained how his first fall season shaped up

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - In regular Boston College baseball fashion, the freshmen were welcome to The Height with a relatively new tradition: Freshman Q&As. This season Birdball fans are in for a special treat as junior Luke Fernandes will be conducting the interviews. First on the hot seat was Jake Alu, an infielder from Hamilton, N.J. Fernandes talked to Alu about his first fall playing collegiate ball, his Halloween costume, his favorite foods and more.
