Three Sailors Earn All-American Honors

Three Boston College sailors - Raul Rios, Shelby Hamilton and Erika Reinke - were named to the Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association (ICSA) All-American Teams, which were announced Wednesday night in Austin, Texas.
Raul Rios, a sophomore from Puerto Rico, earned ICSA Coed All-America honors, while senior Shelby Hamilton, a native of California, was named an ICSA Crew All-American. Sophomore Erika Reineke, a native of Florida, was named an ICSA Women's All-American. Reineke was also a finalist for Women's Sailor of the Year.
The Eagles finished the season with a third place finish in the ICSA Coed National Championship, a fourth place in the team racing championship and 10th place in the women's championship.
