Rahon Named To All-ACC Academic Team

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Sophomore Joe Rahon has been named to the 2014 All-ACC Academic Men's Basketball Team, announced Tuesday by Commissioner John Swofford.
To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete must have earned a 3.00 grade point average for the previous semester and maintained a 3.00 cumulative average during his academic career.
It is the second All-ACC academic honor for Rahon in as many seasons. This year, Rahon ranks sixth in the ACC during conference play in assist/turnover ratio (2.65) and ninth in assists (3.81). He leads the Eagles with 95 assists and is third in scoring (9.0) and steals (20).
