Sophomore Olivier Hanlan scored a game-high 21 points.

Junior Ryan Anderson recorded 13 points, four assists and a career-high four steals.

Sophomore Joe Rahon scored 11 points and dished our four assists.

TURNING POINT
After Hanlan hit a baseline jumper to give BC a 71-70 lead with three seconds left, Marcus Georges-Hunt went the length of the floor and hit a 3-pointer with 0.7 left to give Georgia Tech the win.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Hanlan sparked the first run of the game with Boston College trailing, 16-13. He scored eight of the nine unanswered Eagle points to put them ahead, 22-16.

BC held the lead the rest of the half, but Georgia Tech was able to cut the deficit to one at the half, 35-34.

Boston College controlled much of the second half and led 69-64 with 3:18 left after a Rahon layup.

Georgia Tech scored the next six points to take a 70-69 lead with 22 seconds left.

Hanlan hit a baseline jumper with three seconds left to give the lead back to BC, but Georges-Hunt sealed the win with a 3-pointer with 0.7 seconds left.
