Hanover, N.H. - The Rowing Freshmen won the Green Monster Invitational on Saturday November 1, 2014. BC raced 3 eights and placed 1st, 2nd, and 5th. Competitors at the Green Monster included Dartmouth, UMass, Vermont, and MIT. The Green Monster Invitational not only honors the fastest boats on the course, but also the fastest teams by rewarding the team with the fastest combined A and B boat times. Including this win, BC has won the combined A and B boat title for the 4th straight year.

Hanover, N.H. - The Rowing Freshmen won the Green Monster Invitational on Saturday November 1, 2014. BC raced 3 eights and placed 1st, 2nd, and 5th. Competitors at the Green Monster included Dartmouth, UMass, Vermont, and MIT. The Green Monster Invitational not only honors the fastest boats on the course, but also the fastest teams by rewarding the team with the fastest combined A and B boat times. "The depth of our team has been clear in practices all season, so we knew we were capable of strong results in all three boats. We have had a scrimmage and some freshmen raced at the Princeton Chase, but this was our first opportunity to travel with our full Freshmen/Novice squad and show that we are a strong united team," said assistant coach Amy Weatherby.
