What are the emotions you're feeling right now?
"It's exciting because it feels like a brand new start. It's exciting to show people what we have been working on all preseason."

What have you improved on the most?
"My defense, being in the right spot at the right time, being ready to shoot and my all-around game."

What did you think the team did well in the exhibition?
"Definitely our defense. Our defense has changed. Our concepts have changed. Our willingness to play defense has improved. I think our defensive rebounding was good, too."

What does the team still need to work on?
"Again, just continuing to work on our defense and rebounding; showing the ACC that we are a different team with a different attitude."

What excites you the most about tonight?
"Just being able to show that we're better than last year and that we're going to have a better season."
