Reineke Earns NEISA Sailor Of Week Award

Chestnut Hill, MA - Boston College freshman Erika Reineke earned the New England Intercollegiate Sailing Association's Sailor of the Week Award after last weekend's performance at the NEISA Singlehanded Championship.

Reineke, a native of Florida, finished the regatta with less than half the points of her nearest competitor. Through 13 races, Reineke averaged close to a second place finish. Her victory earned her a berth at the 2012 ICSA Women's Singlehanded Championship to be held in Long Beach, CA in November.
